Overview

Every Soundsuit subscription automatically includes Admin access.
The Admin account is used to configure your organisation’s setup — such as locations, zones, and users — and to monitor or adjust the service when needed.

To keep things simple and secure, we recommend creating one shared, generic admin login, for example:

admin-music@yourcompany.com


Why Use a Shared Admin Login?

Using a dedicated shared admin email provides several benefits:

  • Easy access for multiple team members
    Management, marketing, IT, or the CEO can all log in when needed — without depending on one person’s personal account.

  • Centralised control
    All Soundsuit settings (locations, zones, and users) stay grouped under one consistent admin profile.

  • Continuity over time
    If someone leaves the company, your admin access remains intact and unaffected.
     


What the Admin Can Manage

From this single admin account, you can:

  • add and manage locations

  • create or assign zones

  • invite and oversee users

  • adjust permissions and access rights

  • review activity across all areas

  • create new music content (playlists, stations, schedules) shared between all locations / users

  • maintain a clear overview as your business structure grows

This ensures a clean, scalable, and compliant setup — whether you operate one site or dozens.
