Question:

 

At cancelation, as a customer who subscribed to a yearly plan, can I get a pro-rated refund for the months I will not use the solution?

 


Answer:

 

As outlined in our terms and conditions, and on our pricing page (soundsuit.f.m/pricing), we offer two types of subscriptions: monthly and yearly.

 

When you choose a yearly subscription—after trying our service for 30 days free of charge—you receive a 15% discount, which many of our customers find attractive. This yearly plan comes with a three-month notice period for cancellations.

 

Since you opted for the yearly subscription after your free trial, we are unable to offer a prorated refund for canceling partway through the subscription. This is because the 15% discount is provided when you commit to 12 months upfront, which you paid for in full after enjoying the free trial.

 

For customers who need more flexibility, we offer a monthly plan with a two-week notice period. However, this plan does not include the 15% discount. After testing our service for 30 days, you chose the yearly plan, valuing the discount over the monthly plan's flexibility, which many of our business customers also prefer.

 

Unfortunately, we can't offer both the flexibility to cancel at any time and the discounted price. It’s a choice that each customer makes based on their needs.
