How to add a new location

You can easily add and manage multiple locations in your Soundsuit account.
 

Step 1 — Log in

Go to app.soundsuit.fm and log in to your account.

Step 2 — Go to “My location”

In the left menu, click on My location,
or go directly to 👉 app.soundsuit.fm/locations

Step 3 — Add a new location

Click on Add a new location in the top-right corner.

An overlay will open with two options:

Option 1 — Invite a location

Send an invitation by email.
The invited location will receive an email to create its own Soundsuit account, including password and address details.

Option 2 — Create a location

Enter all details (email, password, address, etc.) yourself and share them with the location later.
 

Step 4 — Confirm change of status
 

You will be notified that your account will switch from a Single Location User to an Admin of Multiple Locations.

As an Admin, you will have access to:

• ✅ Central dashboard
• ✅ Permission management
• ✅ Monitoring & analytics

💡 This change is reversible — you can switch back to a single-location setup anytime. Simply go to Account > Advanced settings > Demote to simple user


 

✅ You’re all set!

Your new location will now appear in your list, and you can start managing all sites centrally from your Soundsuit dashboard.
