1. Unplug all your Sonos devices (speakers, Port , AMP, etc) from power.
2. While they’re unplugged, reboot your router, and give it 5 minutes to ‘recover’.
3. Then plug back in all your Sonos devices.
4. Now try again to select the musci service Soundsuit and to play a playlist, a station or a schedule.
However, if that doesn’t work, please submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of re-creating this problem, and contact Sonos Support to get help. Only Sonos support teams can receive and interpret this diagnosis and either fix the problem directly or notify Soundsuit support with all the relevant information we need.
Alternatively, you can also try to prefer a mesh network over a Wi-Fi network for your Sonos system, to make it less subject to the potential performance issues of your Wifi network.
