If you use a Samsung smartphone or tablet, for example, then you should switch off the “Optimize battery consumption” function in the battery settings or energy saving settings. According to different studies, the function - when activated - may cause music apps like Spotify or Soundsuit to stop after a few seconds or minutes and pause playback.
On an iPhone or iPad:
- Go to Mobile settings> Apps> Soundsuit> Battery> Optimize battery usage> select top All (not optimized for apps)> Soundsuit> disable.
- Restart the phone
